Terms and Definitions
Organization refers to THE FACES LLC.
Personal data refers to any information related to an individual (personal data subject), either explicit or implicit.
Operator refers to a state body, a municipal authority, an individual or an entity, that independently or jointly with other persons/authorities processes personal data and determines the purpose of the processing, the scope of personal data, and actions (operations) that involve personal data.
Processing personal data refers to any action (operation) or a series of actions (operations) performed with personal data using or not using automated tools, including, but not limited to collecting, recording, organizing, accumulating, keeping, validating (updating, changing), extracting, using, transferring (distributing, providing, accessing), depersonalizing, blocking, deleting, and destroying personal data.
Automated personal data processing refers to processing personal data using computer technology.
Distributing personal data refers to actions aimed at disclosing personal data to the general public.
Providing personal data refers to actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person/group of people.
Blocking personal data refers to an interruption in personal data processing (unless the processing is necessary to validate personal data).
Destroying personal data refers to actions that result in making it impossible to restore the data content in the information system and/or in the destruction of physical storage media.
Pseudonymizing personal data refers to actions that result in making it impossible to determine the ownership of personal data without additional information.
