Hotel policies

1. Cancellation policy depends on the rate and channel booked. Hotel offers refundable and non-refundable rates. Grace cancelation policy is stated at time of booking and stated in booking confirmation
2. The person checking in at the hotel must be at least 18 years old. Minors can check in at the hotel only if accompanied by their parents, lawful guardians or with a notarized power of attorney.
3. Check-in time: 2 PM, check-out time: 12 PM local time.
4. Guaranteed early check-in incurs an additional cost of 1000% of the first day’s stay.
   • Late check-out from 12 PM to 5 PM incurs an additional cost of 50% of the last day’s stay
   • Late check-out after 5 PM incurs an additional cost of 100% of the last day’s stay.
5. Keep your valuables in a safe.
6. It is strictly prohibited to:
   • Give the key or tell a guest’s room number to unregistered persons.
   • Keep animals at the hotel.
   • Smoke in the room and the hotel (additional fee for cleaning the room that has been smoked in is 5,000 Russian rubles).
   • Disturb guests from other rooms.
7. For foreign citizens, we provide visa support and registration.
