Hotel policies

1. Cancellation policy. There are 2 rates at our hotel:
   • When booking at a rate with free cancellation, the guest has the right to cancel their booking 5 days prior to arrival without penalty. If the booking is canceled within 5 days or fewer before arrival, a penalty equal to the cost of 1 day stay will be charged.
   • When booking at a non-refundable rate, the entire booking charge can be held at any time. Payment is non-refundable.
2. The person checking in at the hotel must be at least 18 years old. Minors can check in at the hotel only if accompanied by their parents, lawful guardians or with a notarized power of attorney.
3. Check-in time: 2 PM, check-out time: 12 PM local time.
4. Early check-in until 2 PM is free of charge, if possible on the day.
   Guaranteed early check-in incurs an additional cost of 50% of the first day’s stay.
5. • Late check-out from 12 PM to 11 PM incurs an additional cost of 50% of the last day’s stay
   • Late check-out after 11 PM incurs an additional cost of 100% of the last day’s stay.
6. Keep your valuables in a safe.
7. It is strictly prohibited to:
   • Give the key or tell a guest’s room number to unregistered persons.
   • Keep animals at the hotel.
   • Smoke in the room and the hotel (additional fee for cleaning the room that has been smoked in is 5,000 Russian rubles).
   • Disturb guests from other rooms.
8. For foreign citizens, we provide visa support and registration.
9. A visa invitation will cost 1,500 Russian rubles.
